Only one travel agent per post code group (Local Council) will receive all of the sales leads. The acceptance of your travel agent for any nominated post code group will be done on a "first come first served" basis, so don't miss out, register to receive the details of the offer now!

How it works

Each travel agent will receive sales leads for a group of postcodes in their local area for a monthly fee based on a rate of .25 cents per 1,000 potential customers based on the poulation of each local council.

For example, if your nominated postcode group (Local Council) has a population of 100,000, your monthly subscription for that postcode group would be $25 ie. 100,000/1,000=100 X .25 cents = $25 per month.

Please note for postcode groups with less than a population of 100,000, the monthly subscription will be $25 per month.

In addition, should a consumer from a nominated postcode which currently does not have an appointed travelquotes.com.au travel agent you may receive sales leads from outside your postcode group on an adhoc basis.

Pricing

The pricing structure is based on a $49 setup fee and a nominal monthly subscription fee^#based on a rate of .25 cents per thousand, based on the population in your postcode group. See example above.

^#Your subscription must be paid via a direct debit agreement with Artwork Media from your nominated bank account or credit card.^*

A payment processing fee of 1.65% applies for all credit card payments.

Travel Agent Agreement

Registration

By registering with travelquotes.com.au, I agree that all statements and representations I have made in my travel profile are accurate. I further agree that I will keep this information current and will immediately make adjustments to my travel profile if any previously made representations are no longer accurate, if there is any change to my personal circumstances.

Accepting leads

Upon my acceptance of a lead from travelquotes.com.au, I agree to contact the potential customer within 72 hours. Furthermore, all lead information is confidential. I agree that I will never, under any circumstances, disclose to any third-party the itinerary requested by the potential customer, the customer's contact information, the price that I have paid for such lead, the price I have quoted the potential customer for the requested itinerary, or any other information received from travelquotes.com.au regarding the potential customer. Additionally, I agree that I will service my own leads and remain the primary client contact for any potential customer that I receive through travelquotes.com.au, although I may use third-party services for trip planning. I may only disclose the potential customer's contact information to a third-party travel agent if the client gives express permission for such disclosure.

Client contact after lead disbursement

Upon my acceptance of a lead from travelquotes.com.au, I acknowledge that the acceptance of such lead may either result in the transaction of new business between myself and the customer, or the potential customer may decide not to accept your offer.

a) If I accept a lead and succeed in obtaining business directly generated from that lead, after the conclusion of such transaction, I may continue to contact the customer solely to generate business with myself or my agency. I agree that I will never, under any circumstances, re-sell or redistribute the customer's contact information to any other parties. I understand that violation of this provision will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

b) If I accept a lead and do not succeed in obtaining the business of that potential customer, this terminates all rights I have to such customer's contact information and I agree that I will never, under any circumstances, contact that customer again unless I accept a future lead with that customer's information or unless that customer gives me express permission to contact him/her in the future. Furthermore, I agree that I will never, under any circumstances, re-sell or redistribute the customer's contact information to any other parties. I understand that violation of this provision will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Payment

I agree that the entire balance I owe to travelquotes.com.au will be paid on a monthly basis via direct debit from my nominated bank account or credit card. I understand that if for whatever reason my direct debit is not accepted that I not receive any leads until the outstanding amount has been paid.

Termination Clause

I undertand that either party may terminate this agreement by giving 30 days notice for any reason whatsoever.

If you are sucessfully nominated as the travel agent for your postcode group, you will receive all of the sales leads for that postcode.
