Pricing
All prices quoted below are in Australian Dollars. If you reside outside Australia, you may use the Currency Converter provided by x-rates.com
When using Clevermail there are 3 pricing variables#:
- A once off setup fee of $99
- Monthly access fees which relate to a daily peak database size during each month. The peak database size is calculated from the total number of records across all databases.
- Email send costs which relate to the fees associated with sending emails.

#All subscriptions must be paid via a direct debit agreement with Artwork Media from either your nominated bank account or credit card. A payment processing fee of 1.65% will apply to all credit card agreements. Subscription based on a "Pay as you go" system, should you wish to cancel your subscription at anytime you can do so wthout penalty.
Support
To help you get the most out of your email marketing, your subscription comes with 15 minutes of phone support and unlimited free email support.
Our software also has an extensive online help system including:
- The Easy Start Wizard that will walk and talk you through how to create, send and track a campaign
- A knowledge repository of frequently asked questions
- A comprehensive downloadable user guide
